By accessing or using MCPForest ("the Service"), operated by ByteInk ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, whether through a free or paid subscription plan.

2. Description of Service

MCPForest is a platform that enables users to deploy, manage, and monitor Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. The Service includes server management, workflow configuration, analytics, and related features as described on our website.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

MCPForest offers both free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ByteInk. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

You retain all rights to any content you create, upload, or configure using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ByteInk and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ByteInk and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination where the Service provides such functionality.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, providing additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
